How many ounces/pounds of fondant does one batch off MMF make?Thanks
Depends on the recipe, but most of the amounts are listed by weight, right? Tablespoons of things are negligible... add em up
If you make it with 16 oz marshmallows and about 1 1/2 pounds of powdered sugar, it's about 2 1/2 pounds per batch.
