Ok, this is my largest cake order yet - a two-tiered fondant cake for a fundraiser. I am still very new at decorating, especially with fondant, and the fondant gave me fits. I had to roll it out what felt like 100 times, then I ended up having to pull it off and start all over again. I was so frustrated!!! My arms are sore today from the rolling. I worked so long on it... finally went to bed at 1am. This morning I'm putting it into the car, when the box holding the small tier falls open and the cake slides out!!!! I literally caught it with my knees, yelling every word in the book. I somehow managed to keep it from touching the ground or the car.

Luckily it had been in the fridge all night and was so firm, you could hardly tell anything had happened to it!!! It's the white and gold stacked cake in my pictures (slightly bumpy but it already kinda was before I dropped it). I was shaking when I finally made it into the car with no further disasters.
