To use a 3d duck pan once the cake is done to pipe in a filling?
I have never used my pan yet so nut sure what to do, i dont want the cake to just be plain inside.

Sorry if this sounds stupid!!!

Thanks in advance!

Yes its possible you would do it much like filling a cupcake. You should have no problems and when you icing it you wont be able to tell

I would be scared of blowing it out......overfilling and having the duck explode....of course I'm known to explode cupcakes in the same manner lol. I wonder if you could just slice it in half just like you would torte any other cake.....and just have a thin layer of filling in there.......maybe use a couple skewers to make the cake nice and sturdy once it's all together?

I depending on how thick it is whether it would leak out. I would be so affraid to cut it in half but as long as you made sure it was put back together right and you made the caramel it should be ok.
