Ganache Help Please

Can you remelt ganache? I have some left over and want to use it as poured ganach, but it has been in the fridge. Need to know!

you can 're-melt' ganache. place it over simmering water. it'll take awhile and i don't remember if it will return to it's original state. it will soften up, i know that much.

just do it slowly it will go right back to how it was originally.
