Okay...pretty dorky of me...but I made my first attempt of making chocolate tiaras for a party in two weeks...wanted to do a trial run to make sure it's perfect when I actually have to do it. Finally got my chocolate melts to melt at the right consistency...I put the picture and used the heavy duty freezer bags over it to do my transfer, attached it onto a plastic pitcher. Well, when it was done, it came out great, but the opposite way. The smooth side was on the back side and the sloppy side was the front...

Basically my ???- what do you guys use to get that right smooth shiny side but inverted? I hope I'm making sense...

TIA!

couldn't you put it on the inside of the pitcher to make it go the other way?

I've never done it before, but maybe you could put a piece of parchment over the other side and then bend that side over the pitcher? Does that make sense? The bad side still wouldn't be perfect but the parchment would keep it from sticking to the pitcher.

Pipe the tiara flat onto parchment and then place the parchment inside the pitcher while stil flexible. Let it dry hard and peel away. Good luck!

Maybe you could use a 2 liter soda bottle or some other cylinder type container. Cut it in half long ways and then line the inside of one of the halves with your bag and then pipe.

Just a thought.
