Well, it's getting to be that time of year (again) to think about New Year resolutions icon_sad.gif I have not exercised (tired of the treadmill) since April.....YIKES! I was thinking of purchasing Tony Little's Gazelle cross trainer pro. Does anyone out there have this piece of equipment? I would appreciate any good thumbs_up.gif or bad thumbsdown.gif feedback. Thanks for the input icon_wink.gif

I have one of these and I like it for the most part. You have to make sure that you have a large enough area to use it, and you will need to put some of the no-slip shelf liner under the feet on it depending on what kind of floor your using it on. If you don't when you get going on it you will work it accross the floor. I have hip and knees problems and it doesn't seem to bother my joints the way some other equipment does.

Oh yes, it burns alot of calories and it firms and lifts the butt! I sound like an infomerical! Hahaha!
Very forgiving on your joints, I have knee problems so its hard for me to get cardio into my workout, so this is perfect for me.

My roommate uses one of these, it's silent or really really quiet anyway so when she's on it for an hour in front of the T.V. it doesn't bother anyone else.
Unfortunatly, it leaves a greasy black residue from the foot pad joints on the carpet.

Thanks finnox icon_smile.gif congrats to you on your weight loss also! How nice to hear those sweet, sweet words....."don't loose anymore weight"! I lost 35 lbs. almost 3 years ago, kept it off but things have gotten flabby since I have not exercised icon_sad.gif I was a Curves member but got bored with it after 3 years. I was very reluctant to buy a piece of equipment but I have heard very positive things about the Gazelle. It will only work it ya use it icon_wink.gif
