Cake Pricing Help On One Type Of Cake

Need help on what to charge for a cake like the one below. Belly Cake but would be on a 10x12 rectangle cake with handmade flowers. I was asked to give a quote, but am not sure. I would have probably charged $30 for the one in the pic. I tried using the pricing matrix, but that is just too confusing, so I basically wanted to just put a price to it. The materials to make the cake would most likely be around $10 - $12.

When I am not sure I do one of two things. I either charge per person. So this cake will serve x number of people at $1.50(bc) $2.50(f) =
Or I add up the cost of ingredients and supplies, double it and add 40% for labor. (This is what a lot of floral designers do)

That's a lot of cake and a lot of work. I'm thinking around $75.

Can I ask a serious question? Umm what are the milk bubbles made of? I mean I know they are cake but ummm what size? LOL (Milk bubbles <---what oldest son used to call my well ya know when I was breast feeding second child, he was 4)
