Hi everyone!
I've just had an extremely last minute request for a Tina Turner birthday cake. A lady I used to work with is throwing a b-day party for her mother and needs a cake. The only direction she's given me so far is "a huge cake, maybe with Tina Turner singing 'your simply the best' and then saying happy birthday. Can anyone please help me out with ideas? At first I thought I might attempt Tina in fondant but I dont know if I have the time...she needs it by friday! Please any CCers....I know you can help me!

Maybe if you do the doll part and don't worry about the face and just put the hair wild on top and going over the face, because Tina's hair was always wild. Make a great pair of leg on highheels. Good luck with that. OMG.

I agree with suebee, if her face is rather hidden you can get away with it because there's no doubt about Tina's unique dancing stance. Here's a pic I found that you could perhaps copy. Not too much face in it.

I suggest you get a picture of Tine Turner and do an edible image on it (picture cake) considering the delivery date.
