Ok so I was watching Ace of cakes the other night and Geoff had said that he uses modeling chocolate under the fondant on vertical things (like walls) because it makes the fondant stick better. Does anyone know what brand he uses? Or perhaps could suggest a good brand to purchase. I know you can make it but I wasn't sure if it was something you could purchase premade.
Thanks in advance!

I don't know if this is what Duff uses, but when I did a search, this one came up with a variety of "recipes" for chocolate clay.

And this one shows a hand crafted rose made from similar recipe.

I have not played with this stuff yet, but I am wanting to do so really soon. I saw a picture of sweet sushi (looks like sushi but is chocolate with fruit).

I used to work in a pastry shop, and we used this kind. It was very nice to work with. I have made several purchases from this company and I would highly reccommend them icon_biggrin.gif
