HI to all CC'ers,
Its getting closer Halloween that is, im still struggling to make a tomb stone cake that oozes green, i tried it on a frozen cake i had and i dugged out the middle and took BC and spread into the hole then i added runny icing then replaced the top as good as i could , i waited until the next evening to cut into to see if it would bleed and it did does anyone else have any suggestions that would work better cause this cake is going to be a sheet cake arched at the top and RIP written on it i thought about making some worms to put inside of the thinned icing, come on guys Help

Sorry, I can't help, just adding another question. Can you use a type of strawberry filling - to make the oozy blood? Like a thin filling?

Hey cakebaker1957,

I would tell you exactly how it was done, if I could remember, but if you could get the archived show of Sugar Rush from Food Network, there is an episode where Mike from Mike's Amazing Cakes in Seattle, WA does a huge egg and bacon cake where it oozes out the egg yolk when cut. It is quite clever.

I am not certain what the title is, but with a little bit of research, I'm sure you can find it. I will look as well.

Sorry I couldn't be more helpful.
