I am anxious to learn how to make the realistic flowers from gumpaste. Does anyone know the best: a tutorial(here or on the web), Wilton's Gumpaste flower kit(does it have instructions), a step-by-step book???? Any help would be appreciated.

Those pansies are unbelievable. They're one of my favorite flowers, so I can't wait to make a billion of them. And then eat them.

I have the Wilton kit and it comes with a book with good pics...they are pretty simple flowers but they turned out nicely...nothing aboutdusting the colouring on the flower. I just finished the Wilton gumpaste course at Michaels which I enjoyed. I have seen much more sophisticated gumpaste flowers but for starters it's good. You can see examples in my pics...roses, carnations and the flower spray.

Thanks, JaneK. I wish we had Wilton Gumpaste Course, but our Wilton Instructor only does Courses 1,2,3.
