Ive looked at all the car photos, and may of you have said that you learned valuable lessons putting your cake together, could you share what you learned with me. Ive just been asked to make a 3d ferrari to serve 75-100, so i haven't done the planning and scaling of it yet, but any tips, advice and knowledge would be greatly appreciated.

75-100 on a sculpture cake! Are you planning on having it on a sheet cake to help with extra servings? Like make the sheet cake a road or a lane? Thats alot of servings or one huge car! I have done a ford s10 truck, I just used a sheet cake, made it 4 layers thick, used BC fosting and froze it overnight before sculpting. It turned out great. Let me know how it goes...
