I baked a spice cake, added 1 box of pumpkin pudding, 1 extra egg, and substituted 1 cup pumpkin creamer for part of the liquid. I baked for 40 minutes but the middle of cake seems not done. The outsides were done and very good. Any suggestions to help ?? I have read about using a "nail" but I don't know what that is. Thanks
