Need Advice- Urgent

Hello everybody,
I made this strawberry filling yesterday and its contains just strawberries, sugar and cornstrach. My question is can I freeze this filling and use it by the weekend?

Will it go bad?

I freeze filings made that way all the time. I make extra on purpose so it's easier the next time!

you don't need to freeze it if your going to use it this weekend just refrig. its just jam. HTH icon_smile.gif
