How many and what filling flavors do you offer?

I tell my brides, "If my supplier has it, you can get it" when it comes to cake flavors and fillings. Most brides I meet with are pretty basic.
In order of popularity, I sell white cake with red raspberry filling; white cake with choc fudge filling; choc cake with choc fudge filling; red velvet cake with white BC filling. I never get requests for what I call "odd-ball" flavors .... "cocoa amaretta with peanut butter raisins" 'n such.
