It keeps saying that there's no file to upload, but there is... Can someone help me?! Thanks!!

Nevermind... The file was too big which is what I figured!

Yep your pic is too big. Go to www.shrinkpictures.com and size it to the 350? That is how I do it, it will walk you right through it if you have not done it yet!!!!
