I have done a few FBCT and they are so thick it is ridiculous
I think they look decent at the time but when I go back and look at a picture I could cry. I am so bad at this
By the time I do the picture then put the backing of white icing it is about 1-1 1/2 inches thick! The whole middle of the cake is higher than the outer edge which slopes down. Any help greatly appreciated ![]()
The other option is to do the entire cake top as FBCT, which some cc member do.
I did the same thing, but personally find that it is too flat, and I put some other thing to make it more interesting. Pls refer to my little pony cake. HTH.
