There's an opening in my area for a WMI, and I was thinking about filling out the screening for. I've taken Course1-3 and really enjoyed it. I know I would need to practice my reverse shell border and rope border since I haven't done them since clss and probably do some of the flowers that I haven't done since class. I finished the classes this summer. Can someone look at my pics and give me your honest opinion if I would be able to do it or not? Thanks!

All of your cakes and cookies look great. Go for it! I didn't think I could be a WMI either, but I'm glad I tried it. Not only does it keep me practicing, but I love meeting all of the students and watching their cakes keep getting better.

The first night is the only nervous night I had, but after that, it was actually fun.

Good luck!!

What's that saying - "Those that can, do. Those that can't, teach." Something like that. Judging from your photos you definitely can do. So prove the saying wrong and teach, too. You've got the skills and your cakes are great. Go out and create new cake decorators! LOL

Your cakes are great. You definitely could do it. If you have the time, enjoy teaching other people and want to get paid to do something you love, then do it! I've been teaching since May and absolutely love it. The first night is the most nerve wracking but it gets easier every time. Good luck!

I think I'll go ahead and fill out the form after my boys go to bed tonight. I guess it won't hurt, right? Thanks!

It doesn't say on the website, just says it is at a location within 5 miles of my house. The woman I spoke with at Wilton didn't know either. She told me to fill out the form online, and a wilton supervisor would contact mr for pictures.

Ahh okay. I teach at Michaels, so when you find out if you have any questions feel free to ask them. icon_smile.gif

Good luck!
