I took course 1,2,and 3 of the wilton cake decorating but I feel I want to learn alot more. DOes anyone know of any other classes in RI?

Did you try to Google ? I did a little, and there were a couple of possibilities. give it a try.

I don't know of any in particular but you could try a community college, cake decorating groups, or even a regular university offering non credit courses

you can get books and DVDs on just about anythin to do with cake decorating. Check amazon.com i got alot of mine there.HTH

I am in MA. I also took the 3 Wilton Courses - at Michaels. My instructor said that Wilton will be offering a Fondant/Gumpaste class early 2007.

Do you have any local cake supply stores?
They often have classes and teach differently than the Wilton classes.
