.....the Philadelphia Cheesecake filling you can buy pre-made in the dairy section?

I'm wondering how it would work for a cake filling....as far as taste, freeze-stable, etc....

Sounds interesting, I'm gonna have to get some to try.

I haven't tried it yet, but I have a coupon, and the next trip to the store, I'm going to give it a whirl.
