need a recipe for my pumpkin cake I want it purable but thick enough to stay on the cake. I have never tried anything like this

You cal always do a glaze like what is on donuts. Icing sugar and a liquid. more icing sugar to get it thicker and less to get it thinner...i have used water, milk and orange juice. orange juice gave a really nice flavour.
