My brother asked me to bake some cookies for him. I am asking for your help so I can try new recipes other than the same ol ones I have. He loves cookies and does not have a favorite one he likes them all he loves to eat. Another thing is they will be mailed so I need some cookies that will last the 3 or 4 day trip. Oatmeal cookie recipe on Quaker Oats quick oats container (can mix this up by adding in a 12 oz bag of chocolate chips, or soem raisens to this recipe)

I love really peanut buttery (is that a word) cookies

1 cup peanut butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg
Spoon out and roll in a ball. Flatten ball on ungreased cookie sheet with a fork.


Yep that is it folks 3 ingredients you always have on hand. Great cookies at 12:00 when you have a craving and don't want to get to fancy!!
