Any advice on making a Ice Cream Cake. My grandson's B-day is Sunday and he would really like to have a IC Cake Thanks

I have never made one before but, I would imagine you would need to make your freezer extra cold! And I would just make the ice cream in whatever size pan you want (covered in parchment paper) and then layer it like you would any cake. I think you have to work extra fast to get it frosted though. Maybe you can search in the forums for ice cream cakes?? HOpe I helped a little!
