I am makinga single tier heart shape cake for a friend's upcoming engagement party. I need it to feed aprox 40 people. What size of pan should I use for this?

I can find sizing guides for round or square cakes but can't seem to find one for heart shaped pans.

If you are doing a double layer, the 12" feeds 34 and the 14" feeds 48. If you are doing a single layer I would use the 16" It would feed a little over 30.
