I'm going to attempt to make my first edible tiara. I want to use chocolate so the kids can eat it after the party. Can I use chocolate to make this tiara? Will it hold and not crack? And if so, what kind of chocolate do I use? TIA!

yeah you can use chocolate. i've used the wilton candy melts for a tiara once. i just made sure to pipe over it like 3 or 4 times to make sure its strong enough so that it won't crack. but make sure to make an extra one just in case. (i learned this the hard way!!!)

I haven't done it myself YET I have to do it at the end of Nov. but I've read directions and think it sounds pretty simple (always does til you try it right? lol) anyhow....you just tape a piece of parchment paper or wax paper over top of your pattern and tape both to the side of a coffee can or something rounded that's about the size you want the tiara to be around. Then you just trace a portion of the tiara at a time...once it dries...then turn the can some and continue piping and allowing each section to dry before turning the can....once it's all fully set up, you should be able to slide it right off of the paper. Again I haven't tried it myself......seems simple enough...but who knows...oh and there are templates you can print out in the galleries under the patterns and templates section. Good Luck!
