The ones I baked last night did not rise
so I need to redo them. They do however have white cake mix, wouldn't ya know it's NOT what I need but it might do. How much vanilla extract and/or vanilla bean seeds do I add to get a good vanilla flavor to one mix? ![]()
My WASC cake tiers turned out marvelous and rose wonderfully! I might just have to do the WASC method of adding sugar, flour, etc. and SC to my vanilla cake mix.
So when I get another vanilla cake mix - how do I convert the WASC recipe into it?
