So I just read all the chewy cookie recipes in another thread and am super-excited to try some of the recipes.

HOWEVER...being a frequent traveler...I have to say that Midwest Airlines has some of the best choc chip cookies I've ever had (they are definitely working booking a light for...if you haven't flown with them, they bake them on board thumbs_up.gif ).

I've searched for the recipe but haven't been able to find it...anyone know if offhand? icon_smile.gif

my guess is that they are not homemade...just a hunch. They get in frozen dough and bake them on the plane, but I doubt they mix them up themselves. That would be cool though...KA in the sky club! icon_wink.gif

I would bet that they use Otis Spunkemeyer - they are pretty popular and delicious and many places (stores, concessions, etc) sell this brand. Yum!
Hey would you mind sharing the chewy cookie thread you were reading? thanks!
