Does anyone know what Glace Icing is? Is it like a Royal Icing? If you know and have the receipt would you be willing to share it?

I need an alternative for decorating cookies. I don't care for Royal Icing and candy melts can get expensive.

I've used royal icing before, but didn't like how hard it was. Just tried Toba's glace icing and it was great. It sets up enough that you can stack the cookies without messing them up, but isn't rock hard. The recipe is here on this site!
