Changing Icing And Fondant Black

DOES ANYONE HAVE AN EASIER WAY TO ACHIEVE THE COLOR BLACK FOR ICING AND FONDANT THAT ISN'T SO TIME CONSUMING?? I USE THE WILTON COLOR CHART BUT YOU STILL HAVE TO KEEP ADDING MORE ROYAL BLUE ETC.. TO GET TO BLACK WHICH I FIND BREAKS THE CONSISTANCY OF THE ICING ETC.. DOWN????
TRUST ME, Buy BLACK satin ICE... I have turned white fondant black before.... it takes and ETERNITY and is EXTREMELY messy ![]()
