I gave a friend of mine a cake for her birthday. It was served at her party and from that I've recieved 2 wedding cake orders and 1 birthday cake order!!! Then I gave another friend a cookie bouquet for her birthday and I've recieved *5* cookie bouquet orders from it!! I'm so excited about how quickly it multiplies.

good for you! I dropped off a cookie order yesterday for Halloween and also brought some extras as samples and got 4 more orders right off of the bat. I always give samples...it does, in my opinion, generate more business.

Im glad you both got more business, congratulations!! I'm hoping the same thing will work for me. My office has a thanksgiving lunch and I'm making a cake shaped like a pumpkin with the top cut open filled with sugar cookie leaves and buttercream roses. Im hoping that will generate a few orders!!
