the small bags that they use on Charm City's cake show to pipe with? They seem so little, almost like using a pen. It seems it would be so much easier and neater. icon_confused.gif

I think they are just little parchment bags cut down small...but I could be wrong.

Yup.. they are parchment triangles. I use them all the time and they make writing a breeze.. SO much easier than wrestling with a big bag. I buy the wilton parchment triangles and cut them down. it's easy to do. The only thing they aren't super for is really thin royal icing.. the tips like to move back up into the bag. But for pretty much everything else they work great.
