Last night I tried mixing some white modeling chocolate with Satin Ice. I liked working with it. It wasn't as stretchy as regular fondant, and it didn't melt as easily as modeling chocolate. I was making a skeleton with it...haven't tried to cover a cake with it....yet.
I thought it tasted pretty good, and it still had a nice smooth texture.
