I was thinking of ordering some of this for a fall cake for next month, but was wondering how it tasted. I just used some black Satin Ice, and it tasted like vanilla. Does anyone know if the brown tastes like vanilla or like chocolate? Thanks for your help!

I just bought satin ice dark brown which is a dark chocolate. I wanted some lighter brown and just kneaded some vanilla white into it to lighten the color. It says dark chocolate on the label. They may also make a vanilla in brown, I am not sure. The chocolate is good, it takes like rich dark tootsie rolls.
