Wow - great cakes! I liked them so much I added some to my favorites! I say go for it & Best of Luck not that you'll need it by the looks of your cakes!! 
What are you afraid of? People with LESS skill than you're are putting themselves foward as professionals and chefs!
if you don't feel comfy with the BUSINESS aspect of the business, let your mom or dad handle it.
I say don't hide behind your insecurities....GO out there and just do it, you will be surprised how quickly you will improve your skills and speed.
