Ok, I've used coffeemate amaretto creamer loved the flavor. I need to get some NOW!!! International delights creamers are on sale right now for $1.69 is there a difference in the flavors of both brands; do you prefer one brand over the other or it doesn't make difference?

I have used both powder and liquid ( not at the same time). Just last night I used a liquid as a substitue for some of the water in my cake mix. It turned out great! Be careful though, I have not always had good luck with liquid creamers. I have used too much as a sub for water, and my cake did not rise. It was a mess.

I can't remember how I used the powder. I'm sure someone here can help.

I don't care for the taste of International Delight for drinking, but it tastes just as good as coffeemate in cakes.

When I'm making a half sheet, I use 3 batches of batter. That would normally be 3 3/4 cup milk. I use 3 cups milk and 3/4 cups creamer and have never had a problem with sinking or anything. If I were making a small cake that only called for 1 cup milk, I would only use 1/4 or 1/3 cup creamer and the rest milk or the cake (to me) would be so sickeningly sweet I wouldn't want to eat it. Creamer has sugar in it, so the more you use, the more it will mess with the formula used in creating your cake.

Try half creamer half milk, I am not sure why it keeps the cake from rising, I often have the same problem
