use a gift bag as a container for the birthday cookie bouquet that I am making. I know that I need to put something inside it to weigh it down, but I am drawing a blank as to what I can use. Any ideas?

How about some modeling clay (like "Sculpey" clay) that you can stick the cookie sticks in and still have some weight?

you could also use single wrapped candy. I have placed them in some bags for balloon bouquets

Thanks for the great ideas...I guess it is too early in the morning for me to think. All I could come up with was a brick and I knew that would be overkill! LOL

how about the river rocks or jewel color stones you can buy in bags in the craft section? or maybe some everyday cookies...like choc chip?
