i'm pushing my stick into the cookie. do i bake with the stick facing up or down. hope that makes sense.
I think you're asking if you bake with the stick on top of or underneath the cookie. I always bake cookies for cookie bouquets with the stick on the underside if the cookie. That ensures that the top is smooth and flat for decorating. RP
