did anyone see the Wedding Central show on We about Wedding Cake Masters? Bronwyn Webber decorated the most beautiful cake and she did some scroll work on it in a clear icing. does anyone know what she used? Was it maybe piping gel??

I didn't see it but when I read 'clear icing', the first thing that came to mind was piping gel.
