Colorado only has one cake decorating competition a year (that I know of) and it only began in February of this year.
So I sent an inquiry to the State Fair committee to see if they'd consider adding one as part of their festivities.
Hopefully they'll think it's a spectacular idea. lol.
We'll see, I guess.

Hopefully with the Food Network bringing cake decorating to the masses with the challenges and Ace of Cakes they'll see that is an art that needs to be showcased!
