I am still pretty new at all of this so thanks for bearing with me icon_smile.gif I got my hands on some of the LorAnn Gourmet flavor oils today.... I'd love any info. you can give on how to use them. Can they be used in cake batters? In crusting decorator's icing? How much do I use in each? I know they are potent but I need a starting point! Thanks for any info!!!!!

They are great - can be used in just about anything (I even used some to flavor iced tea once - raspberry). Very important - they are VERY concentrated so you only need a few drops. If you are measuring them out, you could start with 1/16 teaspoon or 1/8 teaspoon. You can always add more to suit your taste.
