Hi, Everyone,

I have a question. I find it so hard to roll out my fondant sometimes. Is it okay to microwave it a little before rolling to make it a little easier to work with? What do you think.

Thanks!

Michele

Definately!! Put it in the microwave for about 10 seconds..if you're doing a full batch..that should give it some elasticity!! If you're doing smaller amounts for accents and such, I normally cut it down to 5 seconds. Just dont get it too hot, or you'll burn yourself! icon_biggrin.gif

Yeah I do that all the time, just like the pp said be very careful that stuff gets hot in a hurry.

I do too, but for longer on a very low setting (usually 2). It definitely makes it easier on the hands.
