I'm making a wedding cake for a princess themed wedding & I was wondering if anyone had any ideas on what I could add to it. Let me tell you my ideas so far. I'm doing a round, 2 tier cake with a 10 inch bottom layer & a 6 inch top layer. I'm doing a white chocolate tiara as the topper. The colors are blue & cream so I'm thinking about doing the bottom tier a cream color & the top one blue. The tiara is cream color. That's where I'm at so far. Does anyone have any ideas on what I can add to the cake to dress it up?

Blue ribbon and bow on the base cream cake? Blue flowers along the bottom border and next to tiara?

I love the fondant drape idea!

And I love blue and cream together--I'm sure it'll be beautiful!

I saw a wedding cake on TV today that had ribbon wrapped around each base tier, and crystals glued onto the ribbons...it was stunning.
