Mousse Filling?

I have an order for a cake w/ chocolate mousse filling. Does the customer need to keep the cake refridgerated?? I told her yes, but I just want to be sure. TIA!

I would say, yes! Especially this time of year. Otherwise, she may have a bulging cake where the mousse deflates.

I would tell her to fridge it until serving time.
