I always provide a cutting chart. If the person cutting doesn't follow it, not my problem.

why would you need extra?

the way I look at it, they tell you how many servings they need (say, 125). you give them combinations that get them close (say one combination of teir sizes gives them 120, another gives them 140). They pick which one they want. They then pay a PER SERVING price for the total number of servings they have selected.

They pay for what They want if they WANT extra then they should pay for extra... I highly doubt you can afford going around giving everyone extra cake for the fun of it..

If it's for family I'll do some extra (cause I know I'll go back for seconds icon_smile.gif ), but if it's someone else, nope. I give them plently of cake for the amount they want. Not what I want to give them.
