I have someone who wants a sheet cake from me. When asked how many people she was serving she just said, "Oh make it the size of a Costco cake! When we have those there always seems to be enough."

Okay, I have a pan that size but my question is, how tall are they? I don't really want to drive to Costco to find out so if you could help me I'd appreciate it. icon_biggrin.gif

I think they're double-layers but I would just call them and ask if their cakes are double or single-layers. They'd probably just think you are a customer asking...
