Is it okay if I totally thaw this and then freeze it again? I need to get it into smaller containers because I don't have enough business to use it all at once, but want to make sure before I do it!
Thanks!

pre-whipped...buy it frozen--section it off frozen-keep it frozen--thaw necessary amount in refrigerator overnight.

liquid form-I have no idea

The pre-whipped shouldn't be refrozen.

Even when it's frozen you can easily scoop it out into smaller containers if you need to have it in smaller containers to store it. Otherwise, just leave it in the large tub and scoop out what you need whenever you need it. It only takes a very short amount of time for it to thaw and be ready for use.

This doesn't freeze solid, I just take mine out of the freezer, pour out what I need and put the rest back. I have never had any problems doing this and it always whips up nice....you can thaw cool whip and re-freeze so I don't see why you couldn't with this, but I'm not sure...hmm.
