What kind of prices are you charging for butter cream, fondant, & grooms cake per servings? I am having a hard time comming up with something. Thanks
I'm in East Texas--I charge $2.00 per serving for BC, $3.00 a serving is it is the BC with fondant pearls.
Fondant wedding cakes used to be $3.50 a serving but another caker here in town has a $500.00 minimum no matter how small. She gets it, too because she is the only one in town that does fondant cakes. In fact, another bakery called her to order one since they didn't do fondant...how funny is that.
My Jerry cake that is popular for groom's cake is $3.00 serving.
I use to have a minimum on wedding cakes of $50.00 but that will be going up at the first of the year.
