I sell on Ebay and I try to my best to please my customers. Lately I had troubles with a few buyers, they won't pay! Even after using the buy it now option they don't pay, nor answer my emails. Of course I file complaints and get refunds of my fees, but still, I have to put back my things for auction! Bad people makes the nice one look bad....

I agree with you. This does make ebay sellers look bad. I sell on ebay all the time and I have an excellent rating. But if people think everyone that sells on ebay are just trying to rip people off or that they are all nasty it is not fair to the rest of us who take pride in our service and products. But I have noticed that when ebay sellers have a very high number of sales, then the service starts to suffer and there are more negative feedbacks. I agree that if there is a problem such as death in family or whatever, then the seller needs to find a way to let their customers know there will be a delay and not respond with nasty comments. Just my $.02.

My friend gave me the addess a few weeks ago when we were talking about it at work. I had mentioned that I had just started buying a few things on ebay. He sent that to me for a cautionary measure. I was glad he did. I hope everything works out for you !!
