I'm used to using Fondx and can put it over a cold cake. I crumb coated with IMBC last night and put it in the fridge. Took the cake out of the fridge and put Satin Ice on it. It's sweating. Do I need to pull the fondant or will it stop sweating? Please help me. icon_cry.gificon_cry.gif

Just don't touch the fondant until it dries or you will leave finger prints. But it should be fine, you might want to put a fan on it to help it along.

Thanks for your post. I went a head and pulled the fondant and re-applied it. It was taking on a life of it's own. Bubbles were coming up and it was scaring me. I don't have that problem with Fondx and think I may just stick with that from now on.
What a way to start the day! You have a great one.
