I am making a Happy Feet cake for my nephew Thursday. I would like to know how to get the different shades of grey I need. One is like a smoky grey and the other is a very lite grey. I use Americolor.
The different shades can be made just by how much food color you use. For a different shade, add a touch of blue or green. It will change the grey slightly.
